Like most 20-something Aussies, I did the classic pilgrimage to Europe with my pals. The trip was full of the usual. Parties, wild anecdotes to bring up when literally no one has asked, a music festival, a week on a yacht, and the food, alllll the food. This trip sparked something for me and literally the day I landed I registered Charcuterie & Co Catering.
Flash forward a few years, and we are proud to be providing Brisbane with custom catering solutions to private events, corporate needs & weddings.
